Geobiro d.o.o. is a surveying and BIM company based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We specialize in converting real-world buildings and infrastructure into precise digital models using 3D laser scanning and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology.
Our team works on projects ranging from heritage building documentation to large-scale commercial developments. We combine field surveying expertise with advanced software tools — including our own custom-built plugins for Revit and AutoCAD.

Our projects span surveying, BIM modeling, and software development
Capture existing buildings and sites using Leica and FARO scanners. Process raw scan data into registered point clouds ready for modeling. Deliver in .rcs, .pts, and .e57 formats.
Create LOD 200-400 BIM models from point cloud data in Autodesk Revit. Model architecture, structure, and MEP systems for renovation, facility management, and as-built documentation.
Produce accurate floor plans, sections, and elevations in AutoCAD from point cloud data. These serve as the foundation for architects and engineers working on renovation projects.
Build professional tools for Revit and AutoCAD using C# and .NET. Our plugins include AI assistants, quality control automation, batch operations, and point cloud processing tools.
Use and improve our internal project management platform. Track BIM projects, manage team assignments, log time across Setup/Modeling/QC phases, and monitor model updates.
Provide geodetic support for construction projects — establishing control networks, performing deformation monitoring, and delivering precise coordinate data for design teams.

Create detailed 3D BIM models from point cloud data. Work on architectural, structural, and MEP models for various building types.
Produce 2D floor plans, sections, and elevations from point cloud data. Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Process and register 3D scan data. Prepare point clouds for the modeling team. Occasional field work with laser scanners.
